Ankush Arora Named Among Forbes Top 100 CEOs

Forbes Middle East has officially named Ankush Arora, Group CEO of Mansour Automotive Group, in its prestigious annual ranking of the Top 100 CEOs in the Middle East for 2026, where he ranked 79th regionally.

This regional and international recognition reflects his strategic leadership and management approach, which drove the group toward record growth rates and consolidated its market leadership as one of the largest automotive assembly and distribution entities across Egypt and the broader MENA region.

The Forbes Middle East "Top 100 CEOs" evaluation relies on strict financial and corporate indicators, including total revenues, asset scale, market capitalization, innovation capacity, geographic expansion, and the CEO's direct impact on developing the automotive ecosystem, alongside the execution of sustainable industrial investments over the past year.

Strategic Leadership and Brand Portfolio Expansion

Ankush Arora assumed his role as Group CEO of Mansour Automotive Group in 2021, leading a comprehensive corporate transformation centered on expanding operational scale and market share.

Between 2025 and 2026, the group under his direct supervision successfully doubled its brand portfolio, increasing its Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partnerships from 4 to 8 major global manufacturing partners.

This expansion included securing exclusive distribution rights for high-profile global brands, led by Chinese new-energy vehicle giant BYD, SOUEAST, American luxury brand Cadillac, and premium smart electric vehicle brand IM.

This diversification created a comprehensive product matrix catering to various consumer segments in Egypt and regional markets. Alongside his executive leadership at Mansour Automotive, Arora serves as a board member at MANTRAC and MANSCO.

Investing $150 Million in Green Manufacturing

A key milestone under Ankush Arora’s leadership was recorded in November 2025 when Mansour Automotive Group officially broke ground on its new eco-friendly vehicle manufacturing plant in Egypt, operating under the MAC facility banner with a direct investment of $150000000.

This industrial development supports Egypt's national strategy to localize automotive manufacturing and accelerate the transition toward sustainable electric mobility.

In its first operational phase, the facility is designed to produce 50000 hybrid and electric vehicles annually while creating up to 10000 direct and indirect jobs for local engineering and technical talent.

The strategic master plan targets doubling annual production capacity to 100000 vehicles by 2032, expanding export capabilities toward neighboring African and Middle Eastern markets.

Solidifying Egypt as a Regional Automotive Hub

Arora’s inclusion in the Forbes CEO list highlights a series of corporate achievements completed by Mansour Automotive Group over recent years.

Through continuous capital investment and strategic global OEM partnerships, the group has successfully transferred advanced manufacturing technology to local assembly lines, offering a diverse product lineup spanning mass-market, luxury, and electric vehicles.

These continuous investments support the recovery of the local automotive market, align with national industrial localization plans in Egypt, and elevate the automotive manufacturing and distribution sector into a primary driver of economic growth, job creation, and industrial output.

In conclusion, Ankush Arora's recognition in the Forbes Top 100 CEOs for 2026 underscores the strategic vision guiding Mansour Automotive Group amid evolving market dynamics.

Combining a doubled brand portfolio with a $150000000 investment in a green EV and hybrid manufacturing plant positions the group at the forefront of the regional transition toward sustainable mobility, safeguarding its leadership legacy spanning over five decades.
